Built in 3,500BC (well before the Egyptian pyramids), this is one of the finest Neolithic dolmen in the world. It comprises a passage 11m long leading to a chamber. The faces of the 6 stones that form the chamber and 23 of those of the passage bear extensive and intricate relief carving, some of which are believed to represent ceremonial axes and the Goddess Mother.
