Canterbury Cathedral
Back to previous page  Back to Fine Stone Miniatures home page

The original, probably made in the 8th century, was found beneath a street in Canterbury. A replica of it is to be found in the Cathedral mounted on the wall in the south west transept. Similar replicas, mounted on fragments of stone from Canterbury Cathedral, are placed in our cathedrals in all parts of the world, linking them with Canterbury, the mother church of the Anglican Communion.

Available only from Canterbury Cathedral. Please see our links pages.
