Original stone finish (83)

Although sited very close to the other Green Man in Worcester Cathedral (No. 82), it is unlikely, judging by the carving style, that they were both carved by the same craftsman. This Green Man is situated almost outside the Cathedral Gift shop's door. Unfortunately the original has at some stage suffered some damage, probably caused by water leaking in from the roof. This has left him with a damaged nose, but for this miniature, we've undertaken a little kindly restoration and repaired it!
