How To Order |

Step 1: In the online catalogue and shop pages, click the Add to Basket button next to the miniatures you wish to buy. (Please note we can only process online purchases of up to eight miniatures in one order). Step 2: Click the View Basket button to see the miniatures you have selected, and the cost (excluding postage and packing). Step 3: Click the Proceed to Checkout button to enter the Postage and Packing page, where you need to select the country or region where the miniatures will be delivered to. This automatically calculates the cost of postage. Step 4: Click the Proceed to Checkout button again to enter the Checkout page. Here you can see the total cost of your order, including postage and packing. Please enter your name and delivery address (including postal / zip code), and email address. If you can, please also let us have your telephone number in case we need to contact you to discuss your order. All details you provide will be held in strict confidence. Step 5: Click the Confirm Order button to send us your order. This will also send you an email, confirming the details of your order. Please quote your order number in any correspondence with us regarding your order. Step 6: At this point you will automatically be connected to the WorldPay secure payment server, where you can enter your card details and make your payment. Using this method you can pay in Pounds Sterling, Euros or US Dollars (the total cost of your order is displayed in the currency you select). When you submit your payment, you will also receive an email from WorldPay, confirming your payment details. If instead you cancel your payment in the WorldPay site, we will email you within a few working days to confirm the cancellation. Please note that as a result of recent changes in international banking security we are now unable to accept cheques from banks outside of the United Kingdom due to prohibitive costs. Preparation of orders We will begin preparing your order as soon as we receive your online order, email or letter, although we shall need full payment before any order is regarded as definite. Payment by Cheque or Banker's Order: We regret that in order to minimise costs we are currently unable to accept payments by cheque or banker's order in any currency other than Pounds Sterling. Please make cheques payable to: Martin and Oliver Webb. Please note that as a result of recent changes in international banking security we are now unable to accept cheques from banks outside of the United Kingdom due to prohibitive costs. Delivery Your miniatures will be dispatched upon receipt of payment. In the unlikely event of any of the miniatures you order not being in stock, we shall advise you, via e-mail, of any delay. CarriageSmall packages will be sent via Royal Mail. Larger packages may be sent via a parcel carrier such as Interlink, UPS, etc. The cost of postage and packing is calculated for you if you order via our online shop. Orders being sent outside of the UK may be packaged in more than one parcel in order to keep costs acceptable; individual parcels weighing in excess of 2 kilo incur a higher Royal Mail tariff when sent internationally. If you are sending us your order via email or letter, please note that the cost of sending a single piece within mainland UK is £2.50.
