Freecycle. Freecycle is a completely free method of finding a new home for your unwanted stuff without it ending up in landfill. You can also, of course, source items for free! Its great - I listed an unwanted shower screen and it had been claimed within the hour.

Ecobuild is a Pembrokeshire based scheme dedicated to encourage ecologically sound development and Sustainable Architecture. www.ecocentre.org.uk

Sundance Renewables. www.sundancerenewables.org.uk has a wealth of information about renewable energy and its efficient use. This is most definitely NOT a crank site, but a very sensible approach to issues which will affect everyone.

Jobs. Ethical Jobs. There is a massive range of opportunity at Ethical Jobs, from solar engineering to sustainable development and care work. Choosing an ethical career does not mean sacrificing a well paid and exciting position in the corporate sector for an underpaid, under-appreciated one.
